We can not rely on State Governments to do anything positive relating to this cause because they don’t have the Authority to do so. While some of us might say “ This is Socialism”…. we are ALL living in a Keynesian Economic System. No one can argue against this. State Governments are just as Bureaucraticlly Incompetent as the Federal Government. That’s why we have Publicly Traded Corporations in the First Place.
